Delivery to Minsk less than a month. The base does not freeze instantly, so you can safely correct. The smell is pungent in three bubbles. Activator transparent yellow, base and top without color transparent. The activator should dry at least a couple of minutes before the top. If it does not dry out to the end, then the layer of the top will come out matte, on which a white coating will appear (it will be especially active after you wash your hands). There is something to compare with (the base in Born pretty, dipping system froze in 2 seconds, did not have time to start normally under the cuticle, and the activator with the top dried up in 10 seconds, and there was no plaque). And this set surprised, tk did everything according to the usual scheme, and the result was different. But I like this kit even more, because there is time to calmly equalize the base under the cuticle and at the edges. Well, waiting a couple of minutes is also not a problem. When working (I am a self-taught amateur :)) I put on a mask because of the smell.
